The delivery guys showed up yesterday to deliver my new to me (1976) Yamaha
U1. When I received the piano, the delivery guys got it
in the house in a swift fashion and took very good care of the piano while
they moved it. The piano is exactly as it was described, and is exactly how
I had hoped! You guys took the time to communicate with me back and forth
numerous times throughout the buying and delivery process and I could not be

I need to admit that purchasing a piano from the internet in USA to be delivered in Canada made be nervous. But the way you arranged the customs, the payments and the transport...Everything was perfect. The Carrier company that you have choosen was very professional as well.

We were initially a bit anxious about buying a piano because of our relative inexperience in purchasing musical instruments. We were considering what seemed to be a great deal on a piano through Craigs List, but wanted to learn more before making this commitment. From the time that we walked through the door at Caruso Music, we were treated courteously and warmly. We received an education in pianos in a non-pressured manner. You helped us to understand the subtleties of the differences in the pianos through his wonderful playing, and the person who tunes the pianos was kind enough to show our daughter how this is done.
I have no doubt that we have purchased the piano that is right for our family. We are excited about getting our Yamaha U-3 for our daughter's lessons, and I have also decided to start playing the piano again.
