I would like to thank you sincerely. You sold me a magnificent piano at an incredibile price. I'm really satisfied in regards to the instrument, but also you were very professional. I need to admit that purchasing a piano from the internet in USA to be delivered in Canada made be nervous. But the way you arranged the customs, the payments and the transport...Everything was perfect. The Carrier company that you have choosen was very professional as well.
I received the piano two weeks ago and it has been tuned this week. When my tuner saw it and learned about the price, he did not believe me. I had no problem to recommend you. Again, thanks so much. |

Steve delivered the piano 1-1/2 weeks ago and I LOVE IT!!!! I contemplated purchasing the piano online (without physically seeing it) for at least a month. We were initially a bit anxious about buying a piano because of our relative inexperience in purchasing musical instruments. We were considering what seemed to be a great deal on a piano through Craigs List, but wanted to learn more before making this commitment. From the time that we walked through the door at Caruso Music, we were treated courteously and warmly. We received an education in pianos in a non-pressured manner. You helped us to understand the subtleties of the differences in the pianos through his wonderful playing, and the person who tunes the pianos was kind enough to show our daughter how this is done.
I have no doubt that we have purchased the piano that is right for our family. We are excited about getting our Yamaha U-3 for our daughter's lessons, and I have also decided to start playing the piano again.
