I don't live in New England. Do you really ship your pianos long-distance?

Yes, all the time. About half of all the pianos we sell are shipped to long-distance buyers all across the country who meet their pianos for the very first time as it is delivered into their homes.  

How does the long-distance piano shopping process work?

Whether you visit us here at the store or call us from anywhere, we always strive to educate our buyers about their prospective pianos, whether they're in our store or in their homes across the country.

We have many resources available to us to help long-distance shoppers get to know their pianos before they buy. Many of our grand and upright piano listings have large numbers of detailed photos and video samples. If you have specific questions about any of the mechanical, musical, or visual qualities of any of our pianos, just call or email us here at the store.

Personalized photo shoots, MP3 audio samples, and videos are always available. We'll be happy to prepare these for any of our pianos at your specific direction. Just call or email us and we'll get to work for you.

How much does it cost to deliver my piano?

Delivery costs are flexible according to your needs, budget, and the level of service you'd like. We can arrange "white glove" in-home delivery just about everywhere in the country.
